Elevated CPA Accounting and Tax

Reached out to Elevated to schedule an appointment and the owner, Zach, replied that someone would contact me to schedule an appointment to be set a few weeks ahead. Nobody contacted me, so after a few weeks I reached out and Zachs assistant told me whoops, I never sent the e-mail. I said OK, thats fine and we scheduled an appointment for today at noon. Zach then called me at 9am this morning wondering why I hadnt shown up for what he said was a 9am appointment. When I called him to correct him and explain that my appointment had been scheduled for noon, he essentially told me to GF myself. Wow! Whatever you do, steer clear of Zach and Elevated Accounting. They are incapable of making appointments. Incapable of keeping appointments. And they spurn new business. Totally unprofessional, irresponsible, and crude. I pity their current clientele.

Zach and his team are top notch! They've helped me clean up two years of complicated business returns. Zach is extremely knowledgeable and up to date, especially in the realm of real estate. Dede was absolutely a pleasure to work with, and helped to teach me things in QB, so that I actually can keep up to date on bookkeeping and my business books. Definitely deserving of their 5/5 rating!!

5 stars all the way! Zach was courteous and concise, but helped take the time to explain things in a manner I could understand. He is super knowledgeable and knows his stuff! And Wow, he saved me big money on my taxes, even more than my prior CPA! With how much he saved me I honestly dont care how much he charges me, its worth it.
