Rude arrogant and incompetent! Cannot believe people use Lynn for payroll. He is the worst!

Lyn was difficult to get a hold of and required multiple calls for a return call. Finally got my taxes done last year and a very reasonable price. This year, the price was more than double last year, but still in the ballpark of most CPA firms. When I questioned the increase, I was told I could go wherever I wanted to get my taxes done and I was not able to get anyone on the phone again after that. Call it mis-communication or a bad day or whatever, it was incredibly unprofessional and I had to go elsewhere to get my return completed. After doing more research, I should have seen this coming...

I saw that someone gave this company a bad review and I had to speak up. I do not usually write reviews but Lynden went above and beyond to help me organize and file several years of neglected taxes. He was thorough and professional, not to mention very affordable. I would HIGHLY recommend to friends and family

The CPA Lyn went to prison for almost 2 years due to tax fraud and his staff are rude and combative. Avoid this place at ALL costs!
