This place is an absolute joke. Do not have your personal or business taxes done here, EVER. Heres why: I came in to their office on March 13, 2024. I was assigned Miguel for my tax work, who works at a bank and is not an accountant. But he said everything would be reviewed by their CPA so I figured ok, lets see what happens. They filed an extension on my business taxes and said they would have the taxes done next week. Next week comes, no taxes done, just an excuse as to why they couldnt get it done and a promise that they will be done next week. Again, didnt get my taxes done the next week and this same process happened over and over and over again for 5 weeks straight. Another excuse every time(power outages, CPA is sick, CPA is out of town, blah blah blah). During this time Miguel also couldnt keep track of my tax info that I sent him(a simple email search will do it fine, I put it all in one zipped folder for him lol) and had to resend him documents multiple times. Note that they also store all of your sensitive information in a company wide google drive folder as well which is insanely unprofessional and not secure at all. Fast forward to April 25th, 2024, 5 weeks after starting my taxes with them. I am told that my taxes will be reviewed by their CPA before sending them over to me for approval. I then receive a 4 page balance sheet of my personal taxes and a one page sheet of business income. My personal tax sheet showed almost double the amount I actually made and that I OWED over $6000. That isnt even possible, I have a single w2 to get my income from, so calculating almost double that doesnt make any sense at all and further shows Miguels incompetence. They also did not include any of the legitimate personal deductions that I presented to them and didnt account for any of my crypto transactions and insisted that they were not needed(even though the laws clearly state that they have to be reported). Thats 3 major red flags so far for ATAX and Miguel. My business information is nicely organized with rules and automations in Quickbooks for easy access and total accountability so getting the numbers is very simple. The 1 page business report they sent me shows about 80% of the actual income that I brought in for my business last year. This is all that was presented to me for my personal and business taxes. Both of which are completely wrong and were never looked over by their CPA(if the CPA looked over it and approved it, then that is VERY scary). My previous years tax reports from legitimate accountants were booklets with 20+ pages each for reference. They also did not include any business deductions that I provided for them and completely missed the numbers by a long shot. They also didnt provide a report of what I owed or would get a refund for, nor any other information. I guess they expected me to be happy with a 1 page sheet with my business name and a number for my business income which is completely wrong. Thats 3 more major red flags for ATAX and Miguel. Needless to say, the CPA did not look over my taxes or if he did, that guy should not be a CPA at all. And they insist that no taxes are sent out for our approval until the CPA has reviewed them, so another bold face lie there. This company is a joke and Miguel is not a tax professional. He should not be preparing anyones taxes, ever. Every single interaction I had with this company was unprofessional and poor service. I fired them and will never go back. I encourage you all to save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that has actual legitimate accountants to work on your taxes. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is the absolute worst service I have ever received form any business, EVER in my lifetime. I dont want anyone else to have to go through this as it could end up costing you thousands of dollars and months of headaches for no reason so please do not do business with this company. They are not tax professionals.

Miguel and Zaida were wonderful I was recommended by my boyfriend he finished his personal already & I did scorp & personal.
