Bad Situation, I used Christy for 3 years for bookkeeping and taxes all seemed fine. In 2020ÿ Christy informed me that she would no longer be doing taxes. She did my books through 2023, I had some issues with the books that my accountant needed answers on, I called and left message after message. Nothing not even a return call, my accountant suggested I get a new bookkeeper which I did. Well the new bookkeeper did an audit on the books and found Christy had been doing things with my books that were wrong and we had to go back and make alot of changes. (Which is a big expensive hassle) I have called back 3- 4 times this year to ask a couple questions about why she did my books that way to try and understand, since I thought she truly cared about me and my business, still no return call. I trusted her and thought she had my back, she didn't. I do not recommend anyone use Christy's Bookkeeping Service, use someone who will at least care enough to call back.

HORRIBLE!!! - Christy is maxed out and will ALWAYS take the easy approach. If you are a small business, you will have to initiate every interaction with her. I have used her services for 2 years and the only thing(seriously) she has been on-time with, is pulling money from my account. She is WAY overpriced for what you get! She files tax extensions as a default due to her being understaffed, she will never communicate unless you initiate the conversation, and even at that, her answers are always short, slow and she laughs about being busy. Her tax strategy is mainly inviting her clients to investment opportunities that she benefits from on the side. Do yourself a favor and find someone that is an actual accounting professional - not some glorified wannabe bookkeeper.
