Made an appointment today to get taxes done told them it was an s corp they told me no problem has to get done today. Then the lady proceeded to put all my s corp business taxes on my personal taxes for an hour and 45 minutes. Then once she realized (co worker told her) exactly what I told her when I walked in that I need the corporate taxes done. There wasn’t enough time. Just lost half a days pay to get these taxes done and now I need to have an appointment and they had the nerve to ask if I could come in tomorrow knowing I would have to lose wages to come in. Ridiculous, it’s very obvious and clear the people here aren’t very experienced. Hit H&R Block, this place isn’t it.

Irs told me amd 3 other tax places told me I do not have to file federal taxes since I’m unemployed not working zero income and I’m only following to get this $800 check. Most places was between $70 and $100. This place I called they told me I had to file federal taxes with the state and it would be $169, tell people they need to do federal taxes when they don’t probably just so they can get that extra money

JH did not inform me that they charge a fee per each w-2, 1099, etc. Got to be too expensive for what I was paying for. TurboTax does everything JH dis for me. Positive Professionalism

Everyone is friendly, they made us feel welcome, every step of the process was clearly stated, every year we go back to Jackson Hewitt, the experience is better and faster.
