I dropped off tax documents for review and after 4 weeks I never heard a word from them. I went in person to talk to them and was told no one had even looked at it yet. At that point they apologized and said they would hand it over to the owner and start looking at it right away. I was told that they would call me after they reviewed it let me know what they found out. 3 weeks later I called and was told they wouldn't look at it until I paid upfront. l was never told that and so I'm very unsatisfied and went in to pick up my documents. No way to run a business

I have had my taxes done by this family for probably 40 years now. I have referred people to them for years and everyone has been pleased and even got returns they were not expecting. Many years ago my mom was going to have to pay in and I had her go here and she got a refund instead. I can’t say enough good about them and trust them with my yearly tax return.

if you want an accountant where the "mailbox is full" and the receptionist puts you on "forever hold" then call Dave Hoy at Tax Specialists. If you care and want someone who does, then go to someone else. Another year, I thought I would give them another try. Once again their mailbox is full. So, basically they ignore reviews.

I dropped my paperwork off with Pat Alban on March 3rd, today March 28th I was contacted and told that they could not do my taxes. I was told that she had 50 other tax returns to do and mine was not a priority. This information would have been great to know on March 3rd......Just be upfront with me from the start.

I have been coming here for 11 years. Pat helped me with my taxes. But in 2023 I found out that I owe irs $2000 for 2020 taxes?? What? And in 2024, another $900 for 2020 again???? Whats going on???
