Jane is a nice lady. And that’s why she got two stars. She didn’t do my tax return correctly and I had to pay someone else to do them and his response to me was she has no business doing taxes. I emailed her asking for some sort of conversation …because I had already paid her $800, and she didn’t even bother responding. Now he looked over my previous year and there was a whole bunch of problems with that also. He told me he was trying to look for how to report someone doing taxes incorrectly. BEWARE
