As a small business owner, Im often overwhelmed with all of the things on my plate. A fellow professional speaker recommended that I outsource my finances, taxes, and payroll to 4Corner and it was the best move I have made yet. Norma is responsive, creative and professional, and this is one major thing now off my plate at a very reasonable cost. And, using QuickBooks is something I know I should have done a long time ago. 4Corner made it easy!

If I can give zero stars I would because that would be a better characterisation of the actual rating. Our initial meeting with 4 corners seemed perfect, said we would be protected from the IRS and also gave us a money back “satisfaction guarantee” need less to say when it sounds to good to be true, it is too good…... And this would be taking us from another tax Firm to 4 corners. Long story short they missed a call with our IRS agent and said it was because they didn’t have our power of Attorney’s (even though we sent in both POA’s for our business and for personal taxes sent multiples times in a 2 month timeframe), they didn’t reach out to us o let us know (Not One Time) they were missing anything, Almost impossible to get into contact with 4 corners and when we did it was usually because the old tax attorney would update us because they never got a call from 4 corner stating that they are the new tax attorneys per our initial agreement. we didn’t have anyone representing us on the mandatory IRS call and I would have to send mass emails/ texts to all employees to finally have someone finally respond. This didn’t happen a few times it was from the start and almost every time. So after paying 4 corners over 13k for services that I had to pay again to my old tax attorneys, they still have no idea how bad they screwed us over. Worst business decision I’ve ever made! I wouldn’t let 4 corners represent my worst enemy. We are closing our business partly because of their failure to do anything that was promised to us, I wish I would have never made the decision to switch to These crooks! Jason Stubleski

Two years ago FC did my taxes and it was OK. Cost $300 or so. Last year they did them and charged me $600 and didnt even tell me why. I tried to contact them and no one would respond. Also took forever to get my return. This year I ditched FC and used Turbo Tax. SO easy and cheap, and I already have my return and its more than FC got me by far! I will never use Four Corners again.

Phil explained to me what an S corp was and how to file it in 2019.. he told me he was electing S corp status for my business to save on taxes. He never filed the 2553 or the 1120s… he basically left me in the dark and when I reached out to asked questions this year.. he has not responded to emails or text. So I had to pay another accountant to explain to me the deadlines to amend tax returns have passed and now I’m stuck with huge tax liability. If you’re a black entrepreneur I would advise you to look elsewhere for accounting services. Phil works for the IRS.. not for his clients. He’s the type to tell you what you “can’t write off” not what you can.

You and your team have been very responsive and active in keeping my account organized quarter by quarter.
