Outsourcing payroll is one of the biggest no-brainers in business but not all payroll service providers are created equal. I've been with national ones that have revolving doors with who you work with and I've been with a mom and pop one that didn't have modern resources like online portals for employer and employee and didn't feel like they knew what they were doing. The Fort Collins Payroll Vault office is the perfect blend of the latest technology but is personal enough that I know who my contact is and I get answers to my questions almost immediately. I have two businesses and use them for both and highly recommend them.

They had a great level of patience for me as a new business owner. Really helped me to understand both the bookkeeping side and accounting. Im so grateful that I outsourced this task out to true professionals. Highly recommend!

We have used Payroll Vault for the past year, and we extremely happy with the way Carol and Miranda have accomodated our every need throughout the year. Between all the many questions and special requests, we could not ask for a company with better customer service than the Payroll Vault. Longest Limos is planning on being a life-long customer and would recommend them to ANY small business who has employees. And they are very conveniently located on S. College Avenue in Fort Collins which makes them easily accessible for us. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance to help you like they helped Longest Limos!

We use Payroll Vault for our small company and it has been perfect. When I forgot to send them info, they noticed and asked me about. It saved us from incorrect payroll.
