Unable to get timely responses, failure to reschedule meetings. Definitely did NOT get what we paid for. At a cost of over 5k to get started, expected much more attentive service. Avoid.

STAY AWAY! We paid him over 5K and he never even filed our taxes! His presentation looked great but it was smoke and mirrors. He went MIA during tax season and then called at the 11th hour to tell us what we owed, although he never filed. He gave us bad advice causing an error on the W2s. Tried multiple times to reach him to get things corrected and our taxes filed, but he cancelled meetings and never responded after that. We have had to hire a new accountant to file our taxes for 2021 before we run out of time. Feel very taken advantage of.

Chad has truly been an amazing and inspiring person to work with. In fact, I hesitate to give out his contact information because I want him all to myself! He has a wealth of knowledge that he is more than happy to share. He takes time to educate me in a way that I can understand, but never feels condescending. He has been available to me for all sorts of questions, and responds almost immediately.
