Called to become a new client - told by the lady who answered the phone that they do not offer the tax planning and consultation services listed on their website. They are only a filing service. If you have a complicated situation do not bother.

Do not recommend one bit. Victim of DV, single mom referred here to someone named Eric and was blatantly discriminated against. Owner runs CASA too. That's more than shameful. If you or your family member is a DV survivor this is not the place to go.

They are able to take your documents in person if need be. However, they have a portal that you can download all ur documents if you feel safer.
