I walked into the damp, cramped office and should have walked right back out. Lacks any business acumen; you should just trust your gut on this one and find another team. Janet is unorganized and unprincipled.

Not a customer oriented service. Failed to have sufficient staff to provide quality and timely service. Was not proactive when delays arose. Would not recommend. Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism

I have been with Duncan accounting with both my personal and business tax needs since 2007 and also doing my payroll for my company they have always tried to accommodate me to the best of their abilitys with the current covid restrictions on everybody today. I think they've gone beyond the call of duty so to say.. I would highly recommend their services for both sets... business and personal
