Professionalism, reliability, knowledge and customer oriented is how I would describe this firm. I didn’t realize there are two kinds of CPA’s- reactive and proactive. Michelle and her team are definitely proactive and have helped us with tax planning, on-time reporting and filings. She even looked at several years of tax returns (done by a previous CPA) and got us thousands of dollars back from the IRS!

Michelle is the owner and she knows her stuff... She has helped me with many different ways to ensure I'm managing my deductions and books in the most effective way for both tax savings and business efficiency (and growth). I've been in business as an entrepreneur for 15 years and have had a lot of trouble finding a bookkeeping AND tax group that was accurate, fairly priced and efficient. Contacted Michelle and had, what I thought, was a good first meeting about my needs as a small business owner. I agreed to send her my previous tax returns to see how her company could help. Never heard a word back. Even after emails asking if she was still willing to take me on as a client, absolutely nothing. Not to say yes or no or even an offer to make sure the returns were secure or destroyed so my personal information is not just floating out there for lord knows who to see. Not professional.

Michelle has been a godsend for my disabled mother. Michelle had done her taxes for years and is always responsive and patient in her services. I could not recommend Synergy more, they are the best!!!
