This is the worst place to file your taxes. i brought in taxes completed by a different organization with a tax refund of 4K. My husband and I had to go through this company because we had to also request an ITIN. The Agent Sarah did not prepare them the same and we got a bit under 3k due to her lack of dedication to prepare them the exact same way we had already had them done. my husband and I are going though a legal process, and I let her know that but she kept suggesting to prepare them separately or in a different way. I addressed the concern with management but nothing seems to have been done. other than empty Apologies. Months later we got out Tax documents in the mail from the IRS stating they forgot to fill out the verification of Identity document and Missing Signature(S) . They gave me no copies the second time Now I need an Updated copy and they are refusing to send one because they dont have a secured online portal and I would have to pay an additional $10 for a copy in person. I have experienced the worst customer service here. Thank god I speak Spanish because if you are looking for an English speaker they dont have one. I recommend YARIS TAXES LLC off Havana. They are bilingual and will put in the work to maximize your tax return in a legally compliant manner. This is the worst place to file your taxes. The worst experience to carry out taxes and Itin procedures. It took a year for the ITIN to arrive because they had to send it 3 times because they always did it wrong and the IRS rejected the request and because of that I had to pay fines on my taxes. They never respond because afterwards no one gave a reason in Latin Taxes.

I was not a customer!!! I wouldnt recommend anyone to be one. Definitely not hospitable at all. Today my car broke down in the area, on the way to take my daughter to childrens hospital. I had called my husband for assistance and when he arrived he pushed my car into the parking lot where this business is located. My 11 year old daughter really needed to use the restroom. So I asked her to go to this place. I am Latino but my daughter doesnt speak Spanish they acted like none of the workers spoke any English that it was being about 10 workers I highly doubt not one of them didnt speak English. I walked back in and asked if anyone wanted to help her they said in Spanish “we told her to go next door!” What is really bothering is that I felt discriminated for my first time in Colorado by Latinos at that!! I explained to them my car broke down and still didnt show any sympathy!!! I’m the child of immigrant parents that owned a small business and this was definitely not the way to bring in clients!!! I've been coming here for years, and no issues. This year they committed fraud with my daughters taxes. The IRS says they received her taxes from this place, added 3 dependants to her return when she doesn't have any. They were very rude and disrespectful. One lady tried to over charge us with an amendment. Very rude! Never again!

This is my third year going with them and this year I am honestly disappointed. It seems that the new staff has not been trained very well, they even advised me not to work at one of my jobs so that the taxes would be better. If you go, please ask for people who have years of working with them and have experience. ..
