We have used Feliz and Associates for many years and they have done an excellent job for us. We primarily deal with Michelle and Teresa and they are both professional, courteous, and timely. I have recommended them to a couple of fellow business owners and they too use them and have been very happy with them.

This was my first time using a tax service. Stacy walked me through each step and made it very easy. They were very helpful and provided great customer service. Glad I found them.

Beyond extraordinary service & expertise! I thank this amazing company for their guidance, advice and authenticity for the last 20 years. From the office manager, bookkeepers and CPA’s this wonderful company has faithfully guided my small business and family through our biggest decisions. I could have never predicted how important Feliz & Associates would have been to my company when I was referred to them many years ago. Look no further!

Stay away from this firm. Michele Feliz forgot to file my family’s taxes which I found out about 3 years later and now have to deal with huge fines. Michele is taking zero responsibility for her act and is not answering my email or calls and not doing anything to fix this. When I found out that my taxes weren’t filed I called Michele and asked her to send me electronic confirmation on filing the taxes. She sent me one and hid the truth. When I looked at the document I saw that she only filed it when I asked her about it 3 years later. I gave her several months to fix this. Instead she completely disappeared and not answering any calls or emails. The next step is court. This is very bad business! Stay away.
