It was difficult locating an accountant in Whittier who can prepare Federal Form 1041 and CA Form 541, the final tax filing for my deceased parent. Of the very few accountants I did find and spoke to, Carlos asked questions and answered questions that demonstrated his knowledge and professionalism with my particular service needs.
