Waited an hour and 20 mins past our appointment. Needless to say we were upset. We voiced that concern with no apology. We asked why we weren’t called to arrive later. With that, Rhonda Cano packed up our paperwork and said, “this isn’t going to work with you.” What?!?! After waiting an hour 20?? “It’s April 12!” she said. “April 12!” as if we didn’t have an appt that we’d made in advance. From the parking lot we called another more professional accountant who calmly advised our CA taxes aren’t due til Oct and kindly made us an appt in a week. How is it Cano Taxes didn’t know about the filing extension?? She was SOOO rude. I had taken off work to do this. Do not put yourself through this. Horrible!

I’v Been doing my income taxes with John Cano for over 26 years. 20 some years ago I went to another tax guy to see what the difference was, and the next year I was back with John again never looking back. He and his associates are the most knowledgeable people who are always current and on top of any new tax laws.
