I first came here more than a year ago to renew my Vietnamese passport. It was very quick and pleasant with very reasonable fee. Anh John Thanh was very nice and easy to work with to get things done. I recently came back to get a 5-year VN visa for my brother. And Tina helped me get it done. It was very fast and wonderful. They communicated well and let me know as soon as the visa was ready. Tina even helped me mail my brother's visa to his home in Northern CA. She was very meticulous. Tina took pictures of the envelope and tracking number with her handwriting and texted them to me for record. The fee was very reasonable and her serivce gave me a peace of mind. I should have written this review a year ago. However, I am very happy to see the continued consistency in the excellent service that Saigon Bolsa has provided. Thanks anh John and Tina for having this top-notch service.
