Stephanie, Carolyn, and team are exceptional! We have (to us, anyway) a very complicated tax situation (multi state, multi income stream, etc) and the Tax Prose team did the heavy lifting in making sure our taxes were filed with ease. They have an online scheduling system you can use at any time to pick a time to meet with their team, so you pick who and when, and that's it, super easy to schedule. I appreciate not having to make a call to schedule a call! Both Stephanie and Carolyn were thorough, efficient (yet somehow incredibly patient with all my questions), friendly, and quite easy to work with. Thanks, Tax Prose! You're the best!

I made an initial contact with them to schedule an appointment. I got a response from Carolyn and after responding to her email I never got a response. I attempted to emailed her back a few more times and I was ghosted. To me this is a red flag and probably not a place where you would want to do your taxes.

I had a great experience! I was behind a couple years, and my returns weren’t necessarily the easiest. Communicating was easy and everything was done electronically meaning less time I had to take out of my very busy full time work/single mother days. I highly recommend Tax Propose Inc! My reason for first reaching out to Tax Prose was to help with mistakes I made with self-filing. They were able to communicate with the IRS and California FTB to rectify my situation. Five stars! Exceptional Service and Expertise! Let me tell you, Tax Pros Inc. is a game-changer! I used to dread tax season with my old accountant, but this year was completely different. Their team, especially Stephanie Anderson, was amazing. They listened patiently to my situation (as I'm an owner of multiple businesses) and explained everything clearly. They even found an automotive deduction that I totally missed, saving me a bunch of money! Anything that helps me finically with my cars is always appreciated!
