Have dont my taxes with them twice now and both times i dont get any refund. Seems off since before coming here i would always gets a close to 1,000$ refund. There stealing your money. Do not use them to file taxes. I will never return

I was trying to buy a house, so I had Luna‘s tax services complete my taxes for 2023 so that’s my loan officer would approve the loan. After they were done and I signed for him, it took a week but I asked him to submit them, I was told they were submitted. I asked for a receipt showing that the rest submitted and was told we don’t have a receipt but we guarantee that they were submitted by Management in writing via email. I’m coming to find out after receiving letters from the state that Liz tech service never submitted either my states, nor my federal tax returns And I am occurring tons of feces. I’ve called them on multiple occasions more than 10. I will give you a call back. No call has been made to try to rectify the situation and I feel like they’re just ignoring me. Texas still haven’t been submitted. I had to go get them done another place just so they would be done. don’t use this place when I was set up to be audited, the shaking was terrible and then to not submit my taxes and then ignore me every time I call to get this fixed. This is why people don’t trust other people this seems like this.

En en 2019 me hicieron mis taxes, y no tuvieron el profesionalismo en hacerlo bien. Me llegó una carta del IRS de que estaban mal hechos los taxes que les debia $10,000 fui a reclamarles y ellos no tuvieron el profesionalismo de comunicarse con él IRS y ayudarme en arreglar el problema cosa que ellos lo habían hecho. Por eso se le paga el servicio a ellos porque "supuestamente" saber hacerlo. Así es que les aviso que estas personas no se hacen responsables si les hacen una auditoria el IRS 🤬
