Been using professional tax services for years. They have always done a very professional job for filing taxes and providing legal deductions. Very happy with their service. I would recommend.

Been with George since 1979. Been audited a couple of times and he has handled everything, I had to do nothing! He finds us the best ways to write items off legally so we pay the least amount of taxes possible. In 43 years I cannot remember him ever missing an appointment or not returning a phone call!! How good is he, we travel from Simi Valley to have him do our taxes.

As the tax deadline approached, I sent multiple emails asking for the status of my filing - all were ignored. I had to make a trip to their office to find out that the filing had not been done. It left me scrambling to file an extension for the first time ever and to find an accountant who would prepare my filing. An email asking them to delete my documents from their system received a rude response telling me to do it myself (which was not possible). If you are going to have "professional" in your name, you certainly owe potential clients better treatment.

George's screw up has cost me immeasurable time and money. He clearly ignored information I gave him, and refuses to accept any responsibility. Neither has he even apologized. He just passes me off to the IRS to try to fix HIS MISTAKE myself. They should remove the word "Professional" from their name.

My family have been using George and Damon for more than 20 years. They take care of our business payroll and our taxes. We’re very happy with their services.

Best there is. My parents have been going to Professional Tax for about 30 years. With just my mom left and with alzheimers I have had to take care of it for her for the last 6 years and George Simpson is great and just a wonderful man.
