Luis was referred to me for my tax preparations (3/16/23). After doing my taxes, he gave me a coupon with due date 4/18/23 (mailed my taxes on 4/17/23). I owed over 12 K in Federal and State taxes. I retired last year and now on a fixed income. Luis did not have the courtesy or professionalism to tell me that the tax due date was changed to October 2023. I am beyond livid and sad for having trusted this individual to handle my taxes. He showed disregard for my finances and wellbeing, as that money could have helped me very much. All he had to do was call or text me. A tax man who couldnt tell me when my taxes were due at my expense : (
