Can not get her to call me back left my tax papers and a deposit check over six months ago and nothing. Now in trouble with the IRS. Next step file a claim on her license and with the BBB so others don't get in this real bad mess I'm in. Please Beware!!!!

I have been using Denise for over ten years. She knows Quickbooks better than anyone I have ever worked with. She has always guided me right and easily explained issues and clear on fix them. In the past, she had some issues with taking care of you ailing father and that affected her time line. But he has passed and that is behind her. She can work remotely or come to your office. I like her to come to the office 2 times a year and work with me. I would highly recommend her.

They say never give up. Well my Tax Preparer, Denise Chilson did exactly that. She never gave up trying to resolve a tax issue I had with IRS since 2010. She is amazing and was able to handle my situation to where I did not have to pay anything to the IRS. I trusted and appreciated her hard in getting this situation solved! Thank Denise Chilson. Chilson takes the time to talk to you and educate you about your taxes. She offers financial advice and she is a very dedicated to making sure your taxes are correctly filed. My family and I go to her to do our taxes. She is very knowledgeable about taxes and answers financial concerns or questions we may have. I really enjoy receiving new information about finances and taxes because it's information that we need to understand about how taxes work.

Denise has gone mia.,and left my mother hanging, not knowing if she filed her taxes or not. Mail box is full. Office was supposed to reopen May 3rd.,Wouldn't recommend.
