I've been going to Prime Tax Service for years. I feel that the quality is fantastic, she knows her stuff. I also commend her integrity as she doesn't do anything shady that could come back to bite you with an IRS audit. You also have the added bonus of being able to call her throughout the year for any tax related questions and receive on the spot, free guidance from her. Definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Ernestine Thomas at Prime Tax Services this year. I was facing a confusing tax scenario given a change in careers, and a recent change in my living situation which both had huge tax implications. I tried to do my taxes on my own using several different popular online tools, but never felt confident in submitting through them due to the inaccuracy, variability, and cost associated in doing so. That's when I asked around and a family member recommended Prime Tax Service. Ernestine (Loretta) made EVERYTHING so incredible simple and straightforward with me. She was able to schedule me very quickly, and after bringing in my "Box of Papers" (receipts, bills, etc) and tax documents I had received, and dropped on her desk, she very professionally sorted through and understood my "big picture". After all was said and done, the results were beyond what I had hoped for- she found deductions and credits that I qualified for that I didn't even know existed. To top it all off, the pricing was extremely fair, but combined with the level of service I received, I would say that the value of using Prime Tax Service and working with Loretta was extremely in my favor. I'll never use a tax software again, Prime Tax Service has earned my business for life!
