Talked to Beatriz in person she had me signed documents for tax purposes which is fine. She said once they figure out my return they’ll call me.. once she had called me and explained to me my return I said ok let me call back I need a second opinion. I called back 2 weeks later and one of the representatives picked up and I asked if I decided not to do taxes with you guys would you guys refund me my money she said yes. So I decided to do taxes with someone else. I called back and Beatriz picked up and I said I’d like to get my refund she said they don’t refund and I signed for it and I said the lady on the phone tell me I could get my refund that’s why I decided to go with someone else, as soon as I said that she started yelling at me over the phone. Very very unprofessional at end of the day if your staff member makes a mistake you should own up to it. Also yelling over the phone to a customer is very unprofessional.

I have been going here to file my taxes for the last 3 years and my experience has been exceptional. My questions are always answered and they provide the best customer service. Very friendly and the willingness to go over and beyond to help their customers. It feels like you are visiting a family and they are welcoming you into their home as soon as you walk through the door.

Friendly staff super accommodating I recommend to all my friends and family. There is no one else I would trust to do my taxes, skip H and R block and come straight here

Everyone is super nice and friendly and always willing to help you with any questions you may have. Very knowledgeable and flexible with schedule.
