Behnam has absolutely mortifying customer service. I’ve been going to her since 2017 because my family went to her. She customizes what she wants to charge depending on how much your tax refund is. Once year she charged my upfront in cash then she disclosed my private tax information to my dad & claimed I didn’t pay her so she additionally charged my dad for my taxes. On another instance she was texting me scolding me using derogatory language because I chose not to do my taxes with her. Also she was always harassing me to give her over 70% discounts at my business and she’d make appointments with me then cancel them last minute. A family member of mine went to her & she charged him an extra $100 because she didn’t like that he was asking questions. Lastly, my other family member and her husband went to her and based on their yearly income she charged them over $500 even though over the phone she told them her fee was $300. This year I went with a different accountant in Lathrop & it was a very refreshing experience compared to the hostile environment & shark loan mindset this lady has. Please rethink doing any form of business with her. Save yourself the head and heartache. Oh and any “advice” she gives mid convo she charges you for. BE CAREFUL! I wish I could put down 0 instead of 1 star rating!

I’ve been with Behnam for the past 12 years and have so far the best experience with Mitra and her services. She provides excellent tax services and exhibits ethical work.

They send a discount greeting card ro my home every year and every year they dont honnor it. Charged me 80 for taxes. So they fired. Credit Karma free
