I tried more than a few CPA's that would not take me (even bigger firms) because of the difficulty of my particular situation but Amir was very kind and patient and took me in as a client. He worked with me throughout the entire process and walked me through Quickbooks Online a few times and assisted me with all the accounting issues for my business and filed my corporate tax returns before the deadline. He definitely knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him. He is an expert in his field.

I live in the bay area so I haven’t had a chance to meet Amir in person, but he has been fantastic to work with over the past year! I am a therapist with a small private practice and a full-time job. Preparing my own taxes feels intimidating and I appreciate Amir’s patience in answering my million questions. I highly recommend him to anyone, especially small business owners!

I found Amir through a lucky encounter. I had some very bad experiences in the past and he was able to clean them up quickly. I need several years worth of returns for several legal entities plus my personal returns. he was very patient working through the complexity and got the returns completed. I am a consultant running as an S corporation using Quickbooks. Amir has prepared taxes for the company and for my wife and I, both state and Federal. He has a dazzling knowledge of tax law and accounting formalities which he has used very much to our benefit. His attention to detail is superb. In December he processed a payroll run for us which paid necessary taxes and made sure that we were meeting all tax requirements. He is also a Quickbooks expert and while organizing our payroll run he "borrowed" our Quickbooks company file and when it came back he had put in a handful of fixes, journal entries etc to make everything legal and according to accounting formalities. Working with Amir is like having a guardian angel looking after your tax affairs.

I've worked with Amir for years and recommend him to everyone I come across. He's knowledgeable, responsive and accurate. He's helped me navigate some tough situations and even put my Quickbooks back together after I made a mess of it - three years later! Highly recommend!!!
