Muy mal servicio yo tengo más de 3 años que le page por un divorcio según Exprés y asta el momento no se como va mi caso y cuando logró que me contestes son solo excusas por el COVID pero si me cobraron todo por adelantado en mi experiencia no la recomiendo

Hice impuestos con ellos llevo una semana para me den respuesta sobre informe de irs Todo lo dicen mas tarde se la mando correo o se ando al final ni mando tocor ir por ellos

I've been getting my taxes done here for over 10 years without any problems. They do get very busy and some appointments tend to run later than others so be prepared to wait for a bit if you come early. I like to call a little bit before my appointment starts to get an estimated wait time. Aside from that they do good work and can usually have you taken care of quickly once your appointment starts. PRO TIP for tax goers, have your bank info ready so that you can get your return via direct deposit instead of by mail. They also offer a variety of other services. The staff is very kind and professional.

Total lack of professionalism and disregard for clients time. Perpetually late, don’t answer the phone, and consistently make clients wait hours after their scheduled appointment time.
