A consummate professional, Kyle always goes above and beyond to help me with my taxes. I've been working with him for several years now, even after moving out of state from the Bay Area, and I'm always blown away by his generosity of spirit and good-natured attitude. He readily provides thoughtful feedback and guidance – his responses are always insightful and well-considered, with actionable options that reduce decision fatigue (or number overwhelm!). He's unflinchingly tackled it all: determining final taxes owed during an LLC closure; wrangling both W-2 and business/1099 income and expenses, including an obnoxious number of ever-changing home-office calculations due to mid-year moves; maximizing deductions after a home purchase; prepping complex returns for multiple states; making sure I know how to stay on track with my quarterly estimate taxes; the list goes on. He even snagged an extra tax credit for me that would have otherwise gone overlooked, if not for his exhaustive research. If that weren't enough already, his fee is beyond reasonable for the immense value he provides, and he maintains excellent communication practices so you never wonder what's next or when you'll hear back. I highly recommend Kyle Hagemann, CPA for your personal income taxes. I recently switched CPA firms and couldn't be happier. When it comes to taxes you should only trust people who care and it's apparent that Kyle cares.
