They charged me $40 for an appointment to renew my matricula and was told they were going to call me back same day to confirm my appointment. They Never called. I tried calling them no answer and when they finally answered they were very rude about the situation. They overcharge and rude as they can be.

A+ tax Is a very nice service, the tax-preparer are very kind, patient and respectful. I really like this place because they also explain any detail on your tax declaration they have an answer to all your questions.
