Worst tax accounting experience of my life! Inexperienced, unorganized, terrible follow through. Gave her my docs in July, didn’t process my taxes until the deadline in October in 2023. Would call to find out status, would hear, “Oh I was waiting on you…”, “Everything looks good, you’re getting a refund” - all lies. When she finally got around to my returns she informed me I owed 12k!! Still received adjustments and corrections from the IRS after taxes had been filed. Take your chances with anyone else.

gave them a call to inquire about preparing tax returns, lady picked up and placed me on hold, i waited for 15 mins and nothing. As you can see they have excellent customer service.

I went here one time, and it was a terrible experience. They filed half my taxes under my name and SS#, and half with my dead father’s SS#. Not only did this cause me years of headaches with the IRS, some of which I am still dealing with four years later, but they also failed to fix the problem and charged me for the terrible job they did. They seem completely incompetent to me, and I would never recommend them to my friends and family.
