This woman is a lifesaver My bookeeper died and I was unable to access her old QuickBooks files. Maria was able to open them and deliver them to me - totally saving me weeks of work

Maria helped me with a difficult QB upgrade and had access to actual people at intuit to help. I will be working with Maria on other QB accounting issues as they come up. She is a real person with a real office in Santa Barbara.

I have worked with Maria for many years, she has sorted out my Quickbooks file, answered questions, resolved problems, created reports, and also did a lot of work on Excel for our business. She is honest, professional and accurate and I have no problems recommending her.

My first experience with Maria McGrath’s accounting services was several years ago when I was the conservator for both my elderly parents. One of the requirements was to compile a quarterly financial report to be approved by the Santa Barbara superior court. I recall spending many hours trying unsuccessfully to reconcile income and expenses. There were consequences for inaccurate financial reports and the deadline was looming, so I contacted Ms. McGrath and was amazed at the results. She had worked long into the night to find the missing expenditures. The conservatorship attorney I was using (and who submitted the report to the court) commented on how ‘clean and accurate’ the report was. Years later when I needed an accountant for my international business, I again engaged Ms. McGrath's services. As with her help with the conservatorship reports, I was totally satisfied with her service, especially her prompt response to difficult questions, honesty, deep knowledge, and her work ethic as demonstrated by her willingness to work long hours to meet deadlines. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
