Made an appointment in advance with Susana to do our taxes today at 2pm and waited for 20 minutes before knocking on the office door. (She was with another client laughing and talking ; doing their taxes) when she opened the door she told me to wait a bit longer. 25 minutes of more waiting, my husband and I decided to leave.I Don’t know how “good” she is but what she definitely lacks is professionalism and respect for her clients time. I was referred to her but I will honestly never recommend her to anyone and tell them to stay away! Find someone who cares enough to at least give a call in advance to either reschedule for a later time or has awareness of their time management. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Very disappointed of getting my time wasted…

I have been going to Susana for over 15 years. She manages all my Accounting and Bookkeeping aspects of my business as well as the personal side, including Tax Services. She has always have gone above and beyond. She is the best! She is located in Santa Ana, CA so if you are in Orange County or surrounding areas I recommend you sent up an appointment.

Susana is a joke!! Don’t trust this place with your socials, addresses and phone numbers it’s fraud all the way through. Hidden away upstairs in a sublet office with like 5 other business in that tiny office. Will be filling several complaints!
