I had a great experience filing my tax return with Jackelyn. She was helpful and very insightful in answering all my questions about filing my taxes. Overall excellent customer service and very friendly to work with San Mateo Tax. I was in and out in 20 minutes. This was very convenient.

Great Customer service. I love staying local. Having the one and one conversation about my finances really helps me have a clear understanding about filing my taxes. I come here year to year. Fast, Easy, & Convenient for me.

A month after filing tax, called several times my husband and myself and requested to have PDF of our tax for sensitive issue. No cares and no receiving by email. Even after talking to Jackelyn. No respect to the customers even if you were their clients for many years.

Nada gentil para hablar. No pueden hacer negocio si van a tener mala actitud. Termine haciendo mis impuestos en otro lugar a causa de esto.
