I've been a client of Bess' for over 15 years. She takes care of our personal taxes as well as the taxes for my business and also my husband's business. Bess is professional, highly organized and efficient. More importantly, she helps me to understand how to interpret the tax information. In all our years of working together she has never made me feel dumb for asking clarifying questions. Prior to working with Bess, I tried four other accountants and none of them came even close to her level of professionalism and empathy. I cannot recommend her services highly enough!

We have used Bess for many years. We always get our information to her at the last minute, yet she turns our taxes around very quickly and accurately. No matter how confusing our information is that we send her, she can dissect it into the correct areas for the tax return. We have total faith in her tax preparation and advice. I have trusted Bess to prepare my taxes for 11 years because she is reliable, detailed, responsive, and overall an outstanding tax professional who is also a pleasure to work with. She is an excellent communicator who truly cares about her clients and builds strong and loyal relationships with them. I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my confidential information and actually look forward to tax season because I know Bess will make the complicated tax filing process simple, smooth and as painless as possible.

Bad bad bad. Beware. I called this lady to get my taxes situated for my wife who is self-employed and she sent us to a lady named Gloria Lynch to get the situation figured out before taxes. Gloria Lynch is with Let it go inc. the lady she sent us to was supposed to do the books and find us all the tax write-offs we could get. The number she ended up giving us was pretty much what we would have paid without having any tax write-offs and then had the nerve to send us an invoice for over $400 after we had fired her before she finished the job. We had to hire somebody else and it was nearly a $20,000 difference. I cant believe that she would refer me to somebody so horrible. The Gloria Lynch lady clearly doesnt know what she is doing.

Bess was responsive and open to answering our questions and queries. We have a fairly complex tax arrangement as I have property and savings overseas, but this was handled with no problems. Well be using Bess again next year.
