I had a terrible experience trying to correct invalid HSA contributions for the 2024 tax year and amend my 2023 taxes. Despite repeatedly explaining my situation, they completely failed to understand or act on it. They filed my 2024 taxes without correcting the HSA contributions, which is exactly what I was trying to fix. I paid for filing both my 2024 taxes and amending my 2023 taxes. I reached out multiple times over a month via email and text about a refund for amending my 2023 taxes because I no longer wanted to do business with them and they never bothered to respond. This is unacceptable and I am utterly disappointed with their service.
