We have been using Russel for over 10 years. This year, Russells fee went up 30%. I have called and left a message, talked to the front office person, and have emailed Russell several times. He is not responding to any communication. Its like he is scared to have a conversation about the fee increase. We will not be using Russell anymore. I found a company that offers better service for a better price.

Russell does more that simply "tax filing" and is incredibly thorough with his tax preparation services. He even helped me amend my previous tax return to get some unexpected money back. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Former 5-star review. I changed this to 1-star because my experience this year (2024) was absolutely abysmal. It was nearly impossible to get any information from Russell for weeks at a time despite many attempts to do so. My return was completed the literal day before it needed to be filed leaving me no time to review or ask questions. I've since had to hire a 2nd firm to go through the return and they've already found multiple mistakes. Just save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague.
