They have consistently maintained our financial records as scheduled. Two years ago, during our company's audit, everything went smoothly without any issues, and the CPA was thoroughly impressed with our financials records. Our Comment: _ Identify areas for improvement - Place a notice on the door indicating the date and time to retrieve documents from customers.

KNR has jumped on board to help get our books in order and it is a GOD's send. They not only take full charge of all your books but handle all filings/ reporting and also payroll processing., audit support, etc. They are a warm bunch, fully family owned. Lubna has been preparing my tax returns for several years. I have strong confidence in her skills and knowledge. When I leave her office, I know she has done everything she can to ensure accuracy. Lubna treats her clients with respect and understands that this time is stressful for a lot of people. I had an issue this year where I gave the incorrect account number. When I let her know of the mistake I made (thankfully, I caught it early) she immediately sprang into action and rectified the issue at hand. I was incredibly appreciative of that.
