Cervantes and Diaz have helped our company since day 1. They took over our books after 2 previous accountants and I can say that they have done an excellent job in getting our company up to correct working standards. Rene and Juan are very knowledgeable and truly understand the ups and downs of a business. They are very easy to communicate with, which is very important to us. Recommended 100%.

René helped me tremendously with a client that bought an investment property as a foreign National. He took us step by step in helping them setup an entity to maximize their tax benefit, walked us through process of what was needed to establish their entity with IRS & Franchise Tax Board. He is an extremely knowledgeable Accountant that I would recommend to everyone especially business owners. He understands the complexities of how to help them. I could not have done it without him. Thank you Rene for all of help. Martha Neri
