It is the first time in my 5 years, doing taxes, where I find someone who really explains the entire process very well; And it helps you clarify doubts. Very grateful to Lic. Rafael! I 100% recommend filing your taxes here.

Very bad service. They only try to charge and generate their profits without really helping the customer. Its a business and they need to make money. But dont go overboard. They also have to give real help in exchange

I have done my taxes with Rafael for more than 10 years and always gave good recommendations for his business. I am a single mom with income low enough to file my taxes with a free agency but how I have always done my taxes here and it takes them about 15 minutes to complete. I always opted to pay them to do it for me because they already have all my information in the system. This time I called for a quote and appt and they quoted $260 for each year (I didn’t do last years taxes). I asked the attendant if she could double check this quote with Rafael. She said she would and would call back. I never received a call back. This is more than H&R Block but without the bells and whistles (guarantees). Sadly I will be moving my small but constant business elsewhere. I guess Rafael has gotten to big for my small amount of business.

They are thieves, the only thing they are interested in is your money, then they will not help you again.

Totally disappointed with these people, they do your taxes and they dont do them well, then you start receiving IRS castes and they dont even help you and all because they dont do their job well, never go with these people.

Too bussy ! Not worth it going to this place everytime you go they tell you you have to schedule an appointment for like next week. Don’t waste your time going to this place! And the workers are very rude.!
