Horrible, I have more than a year behind them and my case has never reached USCIS and on top of that they do not take responsibility and they get upset because one claims that it has been more than a year that I have been here and nothing has been done that they have resolved my problem and I tell them and They tell me that it is not a problem for me to wait until next year when they go on vacation and wash their hands, 8 months waiting and my case does not appear anywhere and no work permit and nothing, and I tell them to send the case and what they do is want to charge me again when I already paid $1500 for precisely that, so that they would file my case…

Dont waste your time here, they never take responsibility for anything and for a case that they have to solve they want to charge you more for everything and they make you lose money and money and they never solve anything.

I just called this office and the individual was not only rude, but he was condescending. Whoever answers the phones at this practice should honestly not have any contact with any customers. He simply replied with a number and was extremely irritated when questioned as to what the hell he was talking about. He did not even have the courtesy to answer my question with a full sentence. Professionalism is nonexistent. Truly sad for an office that is supposed to manage personal and even at times sensitive information.
