The receptionist has ZERO customer service skills. I went there this morning to register my motorhome because another DMV affiliate said that they take walk-ins-my fault for not verifying. But the way in which we were treated was rude. We were greeted by the receptionist with a scowl on her face and when we explained what we were there for, she immediately asked if we have an appointment to which we replied “no”. Her response was “Well, we prefer an appointment”. She didn’t offer to schedule one or offer to work us in. It’s a vehicle registration, not a trip to the moon!
