Mr. Navarro has bad customer service and when one of his employees makes a mistake he only makes excuses for them and doesnt try to fix it. Ofcourse he will defend his daughter (shes an employee) of making any mistakes like any parent would but when it comes to business it does not look very professional.

I would recommend Navarro's Income Tax to everyone. They are very helpful and they have a lot of services available for you, including Notary Public service, Fax, renewal of ITINs, and more. I have never had an issue with doing my taxes there. They can even help you fix an error another tax place made!
Very attentive, fair prices, always tell you the truth and give the best service. If any mistakes are made, they go out of their way to fix the problem.
