Genevieve and her team are fantastic. They are responsive, diligent and meticulous with the all of our tax needs. We use them for both business and personal every year and every time it’s smooth and I can breathe a sigh of relief that it will be taken care of right, and on time. Five stars, all the way.

We used 5 star accounting for our personal and business taxes this year and we are very glad they did. They were very helpful, organized and quick in the process. We would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their tax needs. They will take care of you!

Genevieve and her team at 5 Star Accounting & Business Solutions are top notch! This was our first time using an accountant in over 10 years. We've always done our own taxes and were a bit nervous that this was going to be more trouble than it was beneficial, but quite the opposite. We saved money and felt like we were being supported throughout the process. The software they utilize is also very easy to use Genevieve and her team were always quick to respond to questions on the chat feature or via email. Thanks so much for this wonderful experience- we will be back next year!

Genevieve and her team are great! This was our first year using their services, and I'm so happy I did. They took the stress out of the process, were very helpful and responsive with our questions and very communicative along the way.

I own a contracting company and used 5 Star for my corporate and personal taxes this year, and will continue to use them in the future. My experience was amazing, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Things moved very quickly and I learned A LOT about what to do and not to do with my books and overall business finances. I highly recommend 5 Star Accounting! They are very professional and know their stuff!

Genevieve and her team are great to work with. Our office has never used Quickbooks, she has been very patient teaching us the new program. We are also learning how to use DEXT, and I love it.

Their name reflects their service. I relocated my business after moving to Granite Bay and the financial side was the one piece I was missing locally. From the moment I met Genevieve and Tony, I had no doubt I was finally with the right team. This past year couldnt have gone better. Id highly recommend considering 5 Star for all your financial needs. Anthony Nusom - CEO Nusom Custom Builders Inc.

Very honest company. I have been overall satisfied with my recent dealings with 5 star accounting. Even when things get difficult or I have trouble understanding, they work with me thru it all. They truly have been an asset to my company and are very fairly priced!

Five Star is very knowledgeable and helpful. They caught a serious mistake my previous tax people made that had resulted in penalties and called the franchise tax board on my behalf, to sort out the mess. They got my taxes done quickly and charged me considerably less than they could have. I very much appreciate that they have a business office I can walk into, and ask questions directly. Too many businesses, these days have retreated to Exclusively online or over the phone practices. I have had other tax preparation businesses dodge my calls, which is more infuriating when there is no brick and mortar access point to walk into and speak to someone. Five Star always returned my calls, and answered my questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Been working with 5 Star for about 3 years now and I can't say enough about their impeccable customer service. Each member of their team we have had the pleasure of working with has always been a pleasure and super helpful. We are a small business that has grown bigger and better than ever with 5star helping navigate the books, payroll, billing and anything else that comes our way that we may need lessons in. Genevieve is very knowledgeable, and her employee Anna is an absolute gem to work with. I personally highly recommend working with them and trusting that they will no doubt be a huge asset to your success going forward!
