Jacquelyn has been doing taxes for my family for over a decade. My siblings, parents, and parents' business have been incredibly well taken care of. She give each of our filings great attention and she answers any questions or concerns we have. I highly recommend Jacquelyn!

Wow, so surprised to read some of these reviews. I been coming to Jacquelyn for as long as I can remember. Everyone of her staff greets me with a smile. They have always been polite and responsive to any of my questions. Genuinely good people. Jacquelyn does her job very well. Very knowledgeable, her pricing is very fair and she takes the time to answer all my questions. A+ service always

All Source Tax has been doing my tax returns for over ten years. I never had any issues nor did I see and abnormality on the service the office provides. Jacquelyn Kwok is excellent tax expert with exceptional knowledge. I and my family are very happy with her service and we will continue to be the client of all Source Tax in the future.

The lady in the front has no qualms calling customers names under her breath in Chinese, which is bad policy when your business serves a mostly Asian community. She screams at the clients over the phone and refuses to give them paperwork because she "...Doesn't want to..." and will even badmouth clients to other clients. I've seen her call clients crazy for asking her for financial advice. On the whole, because of this one lady, the entire environment has become toxic. I will not be coming back again.

The Secretary seems to think that yelling at the customers for asking for help is a good way to do business. I've been in and out of the office several times for tax purposes and I've heard several times, the secretary outright tell people, "I won't give you the paperwork because I don't want to." Then after she hangs up on people she calls them crazy. I came here because my mother did, but this is the last year I'll file here. It's not good business practice to insult your customers.

cheap place and the account is a scam wont explain detail for charges and try to sell you financial product
