There are much better choices for an ethical and honest CPA..from years personal and business experience with this person and his firm...if you have other have other choices please explore them....appearances are deceiving.

Mr. Jacobs has been my personal and corporate accountant and financial adviser for over 10 years. I find him to be very dependable and creative with my accounting for my company and my personal taxes. Most of all his fees are more than fair.
