Customer Reviews
Reviews
Not certain if this is how they treat all their prospective clients but a company that promises to get back to you when you ask for their rates and then just never responds after a second request might not be the "right" fit. I was highly disappointed after searching for a new CPA after my tax person retired ... they looked good on the web but response wise it is a definite walk away. Customer Service is Key to any business.
