I am 100% satisfied with the service provided by Five Star. I found them to be very courteous (which is a big deal for a minority business owner like me) and competent. I am happy with the ERC refunds and also the follow up services. Two refund checks got lost in the mail but Five Star helped me receive the replacement checks within the month.
