Don’t even think about it, don’t waste your time with this clown. There’s a lot of accountants out there that are going to treat you with respect. Marcus is not a respectful person I don’t even know why people like him chose to work with the public, he should be fishing or dealing with animals.

f you value your business and finances, steer clear of this company. Despite paying them $195 on 01/11/2021, as requested, for the conversion of my business to an S-CORP, the process was never completed. Upon contacting the IRS, I was informed that they never received the required forms. Despite providing all necessary information, I'm still facing issues with this company. I hired Parra Accounting to handle my S-Corp conversion, but they failed to deliver the promised service despite collecting my payment. I'm now having to spend my own time to rectify a problem I paid to have taken care of. Furthermore, the customer service is abysmal. Marcus is arrogant, rude, and dismissive. Find a more reliable option.

Terrible experience! They never filed our taxes and claimed they had. My friends reviewed their tax filings and the Social Security number was written incorrectly! No refund $250.00, we had to refile!

3 years ago we moved out of state and we still use Parra Accounting! They always do an amazing job for us!

I have been coming to do my taxes for about 5 years now ,they have always been respectful and helpful. Price is fair. Husband and wife are Great wouldnt go anywhere else. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!! For anyone who is filing taxes this year I do not recommend coming to these people. Messed up my 2019 tax return and still haven't received anything having to go back and forth with the IRS. The lady was very nice and respectful but the gentleman here is no help and very disrespectful.
