I had a bad experience here. First, the posted address is incorrect. This made me late to my appointment. Then, the staff was not friendly or accommodating. They also do not have advanced computer skills. The real nail in the coffin - they entered the wrong account number. I was therefore ineligible for direct deposit and had to wait months for my return to arrive by mail. Avoid this tax preparer at all costs!

Very rude, you ask them any questions and they answer you very despots and not to mention the rest, they just fill out a form, they do it quickly and they dont give you much of the taxes back because they dont fill out the correct forms, DONT GO THERE!

If the hours say you're open until 7... Why would I show up at 6:25 and be told everything is closed down? Bad business practice. If you guys wanted to close at 6... Just put that on your hours sign?

Incompetent, rude, unprofessional!! They clearly don't know how to properly file income taxes using the correct forms. Do not go there, plus they try to over charge.

Please save your time and go elsewhere. Very rude attitude and they give out the wrong information.
